Sadly Saigon Street Eats has moved down to Chapel St so we took a punt on Eva's little hole in the wall. She seemed to be very happy that we had ordered the pho (like, CoRRect AnsWer!!) And she gave us a veritable bucket of the stuff. Nice clear stock, slurpy noodles, loads of juicy chicken. Recommend!

Love coming to Eva’s for a little snack or a meal. The cofffee is delicious, banh mi is fresh and chock full of flavour, and the fried rice with pork belly is not to be missed! Love the service as it’s always friendly and Eva herself runs the counter most days.

3 of my friends and I stopped in here for an early dinner yesterday, and it was WONDERFUL. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing, so friendly too! We had two bowls of Pho and 2 Banh Mi and there was so much flavour amongst the food! You can really tell there's a lot of love in this business! Do yourself a favour, drop in, and see what I'm talking about!

I’ve visited this little spot twice now, and it’s a great hidden gem! The food is decent and satisfying. There aren’t many seats inside, so most people seem to come here for takeaway. The breakfast banh mi + coffee deal is amazing value and definitely worth trying. A solid local go-to for a quick and tasty meal.

OK. So, I would say a couple of things. #1 They serve the best chocolate milkshake that I have ever had in Australia. It's in the American style with ice cream blended with milk, etc. It's really, really good. And, at $8, a bargain. #2 We love the tofu bánh mi here. We're vegetarians and we've been to quite a few bánh mi places, and theirs is awesome. The tofu is flavorsome and soft (which we prefer though others may like the crunchy, puffy version), and, again, at $10, a really good value. The folks who run this place are super friendly. Of course, it is a tiny eatery, nothing fancy, but it is a real gem. I cannot say enough about this spot.

Absolutely fantastic! The crispy pork Banh mi and homemade dimi’s are second to none, friendly staff , reasonably priced and delicious food . Highly recommend.
